Steps to a Perfect Wedding The atmosphere can be very relaxed or formal but more importantly, the ceremony has to reflect your personality and your ideas. Whether you decide on a small family gathering or a grand elaborate affair, the Order of Ceremony can be tailored to suit the occasion. The choice of date and venue is entirely up to you, it is only limited by your imagination. Initial contact- You have the chance to ask questions and find out my availability on your intended wedding date and time.
- We then make arrangements for a no-obligation meeting at a convenient time and place to get to know each other and discuss details should you wish to proceed.
Making the right choice - You will need to complete and lodge the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) with me at least one month and one day or no more than 18 months prior to the wedding date.
- With the help of the Master Ceremony Planner on loan to you, I will custom design a marriage ceremony for your approval.
- A second meeting may be required to fine-tune and run through the ceremony proceedings.
Rehearsal - It should be held at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding date, preferably at the wedding venue.
- Participation of those involved in the ceremony including the Groomsmen, Bridesmaids, the person doing the reading, the parent giving away the Bride, witnesses, etc. if available.
The Big Day - I will arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony to set up the professional PA system, signing table and make all pre-checks.
- All you need to do is relax and enjoy your special day!
